Employment of Foreigners in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice. Je zaměřena na vymezení základních principů trhu práce a postavení cizinců na tuzemském trhu práce, dále na analýzu postupu při zaměstnávání cizinců a uvedení situace a zkušeností se zaměstnáváním cizinců v regionu okresu Vyškov. Cílem je nastínit problematiku zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice v souladu s platnou právní úpravou, možnostmi a problémy pracovního uplatnění zahraničních zaměstnanců. Z popsaných skutečností vyplývá, že v současné době je problematika zaměstnávání cizinců velmi citlivá, zejména v souvislosti s velkými dynamickými změnami na trhu práce.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the problem of employing foreigners in the Czech Republic. The main focus is on defining the basic principles of the labour market and the position of foreigners on the domestic labour market. The work also includes the analysis of the process used for the employment of foreigners and introduces the situation and experience with the employment of foreigners in the region of Vyškov. The aim of this work is to outline the issue of employing foreigners in the Czech Republic in accordance with valid law regulations, possibilites and problems of employability of foreigners. With respect to all the facts mentioned above it is clear that nowadays the issue of employing foreigners is very sensitive, especially in the context of large dynamic changes in the labour market.
