Abstract:

Teoretická část této práce se zabývá time managementem, jeho historií, důležitostí cílů a také se věnuje nástrojům, kterými můžeme svůj čas organizovat. Dále se zaměří na problematiku prokrastinace, přiblíží nám její kořeny a výskyt v historii, definuje rozhodovací paralýzu, postoj člověka k motivaci a sebeovládání a také představí několik nástrojů v boji proti prokrastinaci. Následují dvě části, metodologická a praktická, které se zabývají kvalitativním výzkumem v podobě analýzy využití času 6 studentek vysokých škol a rozhovoru s nimi na téma time managementu a prokrastinace, kde se dozvíme, nakolik studentky využívají time management, jaký mají přehled o využití svého času, zda mají problémy s prokrastinací a jestli tyto problémy nějak řeší. Výstupem výzkumu bude doporučení nástrojů time managementu respondentkám.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on time management, its history and importance of the goals and tools, which allow us to organize our time. It will also focus on the issue of procrastination, its origin and occurrence in the history, definition of analysis paralysis and people's attitude towards motivation and self-confrontation. It will also introduce us to several tools used in fight against procrastination. The methodological and practical parts will elaborate on a qualitative research in form of an analysis of 6 female university students and their use of time. The research will also consist of an interview about time management and procrastination, which will tell us something about respondent's time management, their overview of how they are using their time, whether they have any issues with procrastination and whether these issues are solvable. The output of the research will be a recommendation of some time management tools to respondents.
