Rehabilitation and its Implementation in the Socialist Period

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá rehabilitacemi a jejich realizací v období socialismu. První kapitola práce se obecně zaměřuje na politické procesy a uplatňování institutů amnestie a rehabilitace v předmětném období. Druhá kapitola práce je věnována jednotlivým fázím soudní rehabilitace uskutečňované komunistickým vedením. Třetí kapitola pojednává o procesu přijetí, aplikaci a vyhodnocení naplnění cíle zákona č. 82/1968 Sb., o soudní rehabilitaci. Závěrečná část nastiňuje průběh prací na nakonec nepřijatém zákoně o mimosoudní rehabilitaci a hodnotí výsledky mimosoudní rehabilitace.

Abstract:

The Diploma Thesis deals with rehabilitation and its implementation in the socialist period. The first chapter focuses on political processes and the application of amnesty and rehabilitation institutes in the period in question. The second chapter is devoted to the individual phases of the judicial rehabilitation carried out by the communist management. The third chapter deals with the process of adopting, applying, and evaluating the fulfilment of the objective of Act No. 82/1968 Coll., on judicial rehabilitation. The final part outlines the course of work on the act of out-of-court rehabilitation, which was ultimately not adopted, and summarizes the results of out-of-court rehabilitation.
