Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem pandemie COVID-19 na oblast krizového řízení na území obce s rozšířenou působností Mariánské Lázně. Jde o město, v němž žije necelých 13 tis. obyvatel. Nachází se v Karlovarském kraji a společně s Františkovými Lázněmi a Karlovými Vary tvoří tzv. západočeský lázeňský trojúhelník. Jde o významnou lázeňskou destinaci České republiky, jejíž návštěvnost, zejména ze strany zahraničních turistů, byla během pandemie COVID-19 v letech 2020-2021 významně narušena. Bakalářská práce je rozčleněna do čtyř kapitol, na teoretickou a praktickou část. Nejprve jsou zde rozepsány a rozebrány významné pojmy související s tematikou krizového řízení a onemocněním pandemie COVID-19 i na oblast turismu. V dalších kapitolách jsou analyzovány zjištěné údaje z řízených polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vedením města Mariánské Lázně a z dotazníkového šetření mezi místními obyvateli. Práce je zakončena několika návrhy, jak může být krizového řízení v obci do budoucna zefektivněno, v případě řešení dalších krizových situací.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the area of crisis management in the territory of the extended jurisdiction of Mariánské Lázně. It is a city with a population of less than 13,000. resident. It is located in the Karlovy Vary region and, together with Františkovy Lázně and Karlovy Vary, forms the so-called West Bohemian spa triangle. It is an important spa destination in the Czech Republic, whose attendance, especially from foreign tourists, was significantly disrupted during the 2020-2021 pandemic of COVID-19. The bachelor's thesis is divided into four chapters, a theoretical and a practical part. First of all, important terms related to the topic of crisis management and the disease of the COVID-19 pandemic, including the field of tourism, are detailed and analysed here. The following chapters analyse the data obtained from controlled semi-structured interviews with the management of the city of Mariánské Lázně and from a questionnaire survey among local residents. The work is concluded with several proposals on how crisis management in the village can be made more efficient in the future, in case of solving other crisis situations.
