Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ochranu obyvatelstva při pandemických nákazách. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy, základní právní normy a pandemické plány, které se týkají této problematiky. Dále se zaměřuje na pandemie, historii, dopady a proces vzniku. The bachelor's thesis is mainly focused on the protection of the population during pan-demics. The paper is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part consists of basic concepts, basic legal norms and pandemic plans that are related to this issue.
