Tato práce se věnuje povaze internetu, definici subjektů informační společnosti, kdy jde o tvůrce obsahu, příjemce obsahu a pro tuto práci stěžejní zprostředkovatele informací. This work deals with the nature of the Internet, the definition of information society entities, which are content creators, content recipients and Internet Service Providers. For Internet Service Providers, EU Directive 2000/31 / EC is used as a means of definition.
