Tato diplomová práce analyzuje jakým způsobem a za jakých podmínek jsou chráněny smluvní strany ohledně vad zboží ve smlouvách o koupi zboží dle Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. Za tímto účelem jsou v prvé řadě obecně vymezeny vady zboží v režimu Vídeňské úmluvy. This thesis analyzes how and under what conditions are contracting parties protected under United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For this purpose, there is general determination of conformity of the goods under CISG, at first.
