Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat nejdůležitější změny zavedené Lisabonskou smlouvou a posoudit jejich možný dopad na úroveň demokracie, a to jak v členských státech, tak v Unii samotné. The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe the most important changes introduced by the Lisbon Treaty and to assess their possible impact on the level of democracy, both in EU Member States and in the European Union itself.
