Abstract:

Diplomová práce popisuje problematiku Facility managementu ve společnosti dm drogerie markt s.r.o.. Na skutečnostech vyplývající z teoretické části, popisu firmy a fungování podpůrných činností jsou navrženy nové, inovativní systémy zajišťující hlavně úsporu energií, úsporu provozních nákladů a také zvýšení komfortu. Všechna navržená doporučení jsou v souladu se strategií firmy, která má zájem chránit životní prostředí a soustředí se na trvalou udržitelnost. Jsou zde představeny návrhy, které pracují samostatně, nezávisle na sobě tak i fungující společně v jednom systému.

Abstract:

The thesis describes the issue of Facility Management at dm drogerie markt s.r.o.. On facts arising from the theoretical part, and a description of activities which promote activities aimed innovative new systems, primarily on providing energy savings, operational cost savings, Increased comfort. All of the proposed recommendations are in line with the strategy of the company, which is interested in protecting the environment and strive for sustainable development. It is a model that works separately and independently operate together in one system too.
