Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zamýšlí nad současnou majetkoprávní a technickou situací zámku v Brtnici. Historický blok s popisem stavebního vývoje a kulturního zázemí přibližuje nejvýznamnější hodnoty této regionální památky. Pomocí marketingového auditu se práce snaží formulovat možnosti nového využití rozlehlého zámeckého komplexu tak, aby fungoval plnohodnotně v souladu s návštěvnickou poptávkou a záměrem …more
Abstract:
The diploma thesis pauses on contemporary rights in property and current technical situation of the castle in Brtnice. A historic part with a view on a structural development and a cultural background shows the most considerable values of this regional monument. The text tries to define opportunities for a new functioning of the extensive castle complex through a marketing audit.
