New sophisticated trends in Human Resources

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice nových trendů v personalistice. Cílem práce je identifikovat a definovat nové sofistikované trendy v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, které se v současné době uplatňují. Dále pak v návaznosti na problematiku jednotlivých fází „životního“ cyklu zaměstnance navrhnout doporučení pro zefektivnění personálních aktivit vybrané společnosti. V práci jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a souvislosti týkající se personalistiky a řízení lidských zdrojů. Převážná část práce se věnuje již zmíněnému „životnímu“ cyklu zaměstnance, a především pak konkrétním trendům, které se v rámci jednotlivých fází tohoto cyklu v současné době uplatňují. Aplikační část práce je nejprve zaměřena na dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci a personalisty, následně na řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybrané společnosti. Svým rozsahem je problematika nových trendů v personalistice velmi široká a v čase proměnlivá. Veškeré výsledky, postřehy a zjištění jsou interpretovány v závěru této práce.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with new trends in human resources management. The aim of the thesis is to identify and define new sophisticated trends in the area of current human resources management. Moreover, the thesis include recommendations for improving of the personnel activities of the particular company in connection with individual phases of the employee´s „life“ cycle. The first part gives a comprehensive overview of basic concepts and focuses on the theoretical clarification of the definition of human resources management. The majoriry part of this thesis analyzes „life“ cycle of the employee and presents specific trends that are currently applied in the individual phases of this cycle. The application part is focused on the research among employees and personnel workers, then on the human resources management in the particular company. The scope of the new trends in human resources is very wide and changeable over time. All results, observations and findings are interpreted in the conclusion of this thesis.
