Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována problematice řízení změn v podniku Holcim (Česko), a. s.. Na základě analýzy a zhodnocení fungování systému řízení změn v podniku Holcim (Česko), a. s. je zpracován návrh na progresivní řízení této oblasti.
Abstract:
This bachelor work is devoted to change management in the company Holcim (Česko), a. s.. It deals with analysis and evaluation of function change management system in the company Holcim (Česko), a. s. and there is processed proposal for progressive management of this section.
