Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců v sociálních službách, neboť je to velice aktuální a důležité téma. Pro zaměstnavatele je klíčové, aby zaměstnávali pracovníky, kteří jsou motivovaní a spokojení. Toho lze dosáhnout pomocí kvalitního a spravedlivého systému odměňování.
