Essential Principles of Administrative Punishing
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast správního trestání v České republice. Analyzuje zásady a principy a zabývá se analogií jednotlivých zásad s ohledem na nedávnou reformu správního trestání. Součástí práce je i analýza dopadu této reformy v oblasti dopravních přestupků.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on administrative punishment in the Czech Republic. It analyzes principles and principles and deals with the analogy of individual principles with regard to the recent reform of administrative punishment. The work also includes an analysis of the impact of this reform on traffic offenses.
