Cílem této práce je prostudovat a poté analyzovat aspekty formování veřejné správy ve Slezsku, části Československa v prvním roce po vzniku republiky dne 28. října 1918. Vzhledem k tomu, že téma veřejné správy je velmi obsáhlé, je tato práce zaměřena na změny a problémy, ke kterým došlo při vzniku republiky. Tato práce je ohraničena horizontem roků 1918-1919. The aim of this thesis is to study and subsequently analyze aspects of public administration formation in Silesia, part of the Czechoslovakia, during the first year after the establishment of the Republic on October 28 1918. Given that the subject of public administration is very comprehensive, this work focuses mainly on the changes and problems that occurred during the emergence of the Republic. …more
