Diplomová práce se věnuje vymezení ministra spravedlnosti jako správního orgánu a jeho postavení v systému veřejné správy. Práce systematicky přechází od obecné charakteristiky správního orgánu ke konkrétnímu orgánu, tedy Ministru spravedlnosti ČR. The diploma thesis deals with the definition of the Minister of Justice as an administrative body and his position in the public administration system.
