Diplomová práce pojednává o platné právní úpravě narovnání, které je jedním z druhů odklonů. Hlavním účelem narovnání je nejen zrychlení a zjednodušení trestního procesu, ale i náhrada škody poškozenému a náprava porušeného právního stavu. This diploma thesis deals with the issues of settlement in criminal procedure, which is one of diversions from criminal proceedings.The sense of settlement is to compensate the damage caused to the victim as a result of a crime and to repair the inconvenient situation.In connection with using the settlement the important role is played by the Probation and Mediation Service.In connection with preparing …more
