V práci je porovnáván vývoj československé a posléze české právní úpravy především v 20. století, doplněný o mezinárodní a evropské předpisy. This thesis deals with the evolution of the regulations in road transport. The work compares the development of Czechoslovak and later Czech legislation, especially in the 20th century, completed with international and European regulations.
