Racionalizace využití ložného prostoru vozidel a ložných operací ve vybraném podniku

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou využití ložného prostoru vozidel a analýzou ložných operací v podniku SMD Schiller s.r.o. Autor v prvé řadě analyzuje nákladní vozidla daného podniku. Dále autor, pomocí analýzy využití ložných prostorů, zjišťuje, že u přeprav, které vykonávají vozidla do 3,5 tuny dochází k poměrně dobrému využívání maximální ložné hmotnosti, ale zůstávají zde volné kapacity ložných ploch a objemů. Následně je zjištěno, že u vozidel nad 3,5 tuny jsou dostatečně využívány ložné plochy, avšak zůstávají zde volné kapacity ložných objemů a ložných hmotností. Dále práce poukazuje na čas, který nákladní vozidla stráví na nakládkách či vykládkách, který není ideální. Autor se snaží racionalizovat využití ložného prostoru a ložných operací v konkrétním podniku, ale i obecně. Navrhuje několik řešení na efektivnější využíváni ložného prostoru a též navrhuje několik řešení, které vedou k efektivnějším ložným operacím.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the use of cargo space of vehicles and the analysis of loading operations in the company SMD Schiller s.r.o. The author first analyses the trucks of the company. Then the author, using the analysis of the use of cargo spaces, finds that in transports performed by vehicles to maximum weight 3.5 tons, there is a relatively good use of the maximum loading weight, but there remain free capacities of cargo areas and volumes. Subsequently, it is found that for vehicles over 3.5 tons, the loading areas are sufficiently used, but there remain free capacities of loading volumes and loading weights. Furthermore, the work points to the time that trucks spend by loading or unloading operations, which is not ideal. The author tries to rationalize the use of cargo space and loading operations in a particular company, but in general as well. It proposes several solutions for more efficient use of cargo space and proposes several solutions that lead to more efficient loading operations as well.
