Abstract:

Aim of my diploma labour is exploitation the financial derivate as tool on short hedging against financial hazards in condition of Slovak republic. The financial derivate are the cars, which are derivation from the prices of the priming assets or the financial tools on promptness market. Exist this assistance or this operation, which makes it possible for at this moment appoint the course or the rate for, who oneself is able to asset buy or sell up to a certain. The priming assets can be the stocks, the funds, the currency, the interest rates, and the commodity, stock – exchange indices and others. Characteristic sign of financial derivate is achieved stability on financial markets and mini loses from motion prices.

Abstract:

Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce je využitie finančných derivátov ako nástroja na zabezpečenie sa proti finančným rizikám v podmienkach Slovenskej republiky. Finančné deriváty sú kontrakty, ktoré sú odvodené od cien podkladového aktíva alebo finančných nástrojov na promptnom trhu. Je to produkt alebo operácia, ktorá umožňuje v tomto okamihu dohodnúť kurz alebo cenu, za ktorú sa môže aktívum kúpiť alebo predať k určitému budúcemu dátumu. Podkladovým aktívom môžu byť akcie, dlhopisy, meny, úrokové miery, komodity, burzové indexy a iné. Charakteristickým znakom finančných derivátov je dosiahnutie stability na finančných trhoch a minimalizovanie strát z pohybu cien.
