Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou znalostí laickej verejnosti o prevencii a liečbe dekubitov. V teoretickej časti sú v krátkosti opísané základné informácie o prevencii a liečbe dekubitov, zdravotná gramotnosť laikov a vzťah ošetrovateľa a pacienta v procese rozhodovania.
