Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením jednotlivých možností financování bydlení v České republice. V teoretické části jsou detailně charakterizovány vybrané možnosti financování bydlení, zejména stavební spoření, hypoteční úvěry, ale i státní podpora bydlení. The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of individual financing housing options in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes selected housing financing options in detail, especially some building savings, mortgage loans, but also some state housing support.
