Social Relationships in a Class at School and Possibilities of Social and Psychological Training

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu vztahů ve školní třídě v kontextu sociálně-psychologického výcviku. Teoretická část práce je věnována problematice terminologie klimatu v pedagogicko-psychologickém kontextu, sociálních vztahům a metodologii. V praktické části je vylíčen průběh a podstata výzkumu včetně programu sociálně-psychologického výcviku, který byl realizován. Součástí je rovněž diskuze a interpretace zjištěných výsledků.

Abstract:

The main subject-matter of the diploma thesis is an analysis of relationships in a class at school in connection with a social-psychological training. In the theoretic part the author of the thesis focuses on the issues related to pedagogical and psychological climate, social relationships and methodology. In the empirical part the subject-matter and the process of the research, including the plan of the social-psychological training, is described. There is a discussion and an interpretation of the results of the research as well.
