Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vypracování Business modelu na firmu zajišťující rozvoz/catering alkoholických míchaných nápojů. Cílem práce je sestavit přijatelný model na toto podnikání a zjistit, zda by zákazníci měli o službu zájem. Pro vypracování Business modelu je použit Business model Lean Canvas, který vychází z modelu Canvas od Alexandera Osterwaldera a Yves Pigneura. V práci jsou vyhotoveny 2 modely. Jeden byl vyhotoven před marketingovým průzkumem a druhý po. V druhém vypracování Business modelu je zřetelně vidět, jak se myšlenka služby změnila a posunula na základě zjištění v marketingovém průzkumu. Marketingový průzkum byl prováděn pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi 500 respondenty. Bylo zjištěno, že o službu by měli zájem hlavně respondenti ve věku 30–50 let a službu by především využívali na oslavách či speciálních akcích.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on elaboration of Business model for company providing delivery / catering of alcoholic mixed drinks. The aim of this work is to create an acceptable model for this business and to find out if customers would be interested in the service. For the purpose of this thesis Business Model Lean Canvas has been used, which is based on the Canvas model by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur. There are 2 models in the work. One was made before the marketing survey and the other after. In the second Business Model, one can clearly see how the idea of the service has changed and moved on based on the findings of the marketing survey. Marketing research was conducted using a questionnaire survey among 500 respondents. It was found that respondents aged 30-50 years would be interested in the service and would mainly use the service at celebrations or special events.
