Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá organizací žonglérské sportovní události 1st Brno Juggling Convention. V práci se nejdříve zabývám definicí užívaných pojmů, jako jsou managament, sportovní management, projektový management, marketing či samotné žonglování. V druhé části popisuji průběh organizace celé akce od prvotní myšlenky až po závěrečné vyhodnocení akce. Popisuji zde organizaci jak po straně praktických hledisek řešení určitých situací, tak ze strany ekonomické. V diskusi objektivně a kriticky hodnotím průběh pořádání této akce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the organization of a juggling sport event 1st Brno Juggling Convention. Firstly, I deal with the definition of used terms such as management, sports management, project management, marketing or jugglingitself. The second part describes the progress of the event, from the initial idea to the final project evaluation. Furthermore, I describe the organization process from the point of view of practical aspects of dealing with particular situations as well as the economic aspect. In the discussion I objectively and critically evaluate the overall organization and progress of this event.
