Diplomová práce je věnována principům práce s mládeží v Salesiánském středisku mládeže Zlín. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy neorganizovaná mládež (sociální práce s mládeží, specifika práce s neorganizovanou mládeží) a motivace. Thesis is devoted to the principles of youth work in the Salesian youth center Zlin. The section describes the theoretical concepts disorganized youth (social work with young people, the specifics of working with unorganized youth) and motivation.
