Emergency Lines in the Czech Republic and a United Emergency Call Number in the European Union

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá úvodem do integrovaného záchranného systému, tísňovými linkami v České republice a jednotným evropským číslem tísňového volání. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány integrovaný záchranný systém a poté jednotlivé tísňové linky České republiky včetně exkurzu do historie. Součástí teoretické části práce je podrobné rozebrání jednotného evropského čísla tísňového volání a jeho vzniku. V praktické části je použito výzkumného dotazníkového šetření veřejnosti a strukturovaného rozhovoru s odborníkem na zpracovávané téma. Hlavním cílem práce je tedy podrobně popsat téma tísňových linek v České republice včetně jednotného evropského čísla a také přiblížit problematiku tísňových linek ve světě. Praktická část je věnována problematice tísňových volání a možnostem řešení nedostatků. V práci je použito popisné a klasifikační metody, analýzy a syntézy.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with an introduction to The Integrated Rescue System, Emergency lines in the Czech Republic and a single European Emergency number. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes The Integrated Rescue System and then the individual Emergency lines of the Czech Republic, including an excursion to history. The next part of this part of this thesis is a detailed analysis of the single European Emergency number and its origin. In the practical part, a research questionnaire survey of the public and a structured interview with an expert are used, which refer to the issues within this topic. The main goal of the thesis is to explore the topic of Emergency lines in the Czech Republic, including a single European number, and also to approach the area of Emergency lines in the world. The practical part of this thesis deals with the issue of emergency calls and possible solutions. Descriptive and classification methods, analyzes and syntheses are used in the work.
