Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou právní úpravy nekalé soutěže. První kapitola definuje hospodářskou soutěž a její zneužívání, vymezuje soutěžní právo a nastiňuje vývoj práva na ochranu hospodářské soutěže. The Bachelor thesis deals with the legislation of the unfair competition. The first chapter defines the economic competition and its abuse; it determines the competition law and outlines the development of the economic competition protection.
