Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením a zhodnocením vhodnosti cenotvorby metodou target costing v podniku. Jejím cílem je zhodnotit způsob kalkulování z hlediska stanovení prodejní ceny metodou cílových nákladů za použití již získaných teoretických poznatků. V práci se nachází teoretická a praktická část. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerše pro práci vhodných zdrojů, zatímco v praktické jsou zpracována konkrétní data, z konkrétního podniku. Přínosem práce je stanovení vhodnosti určení ceny metodou target costing na určitý výrobek konkrétního podniku, který může ve výsledku vést ke zpřesnění a zhodnocení výpočtu prováděného samotnou firmou, k objektivnějšímu stanovování prodejních cen podniku.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the assessment and evaluation of the appropriateness of pricing using the target costing method in a company. Its goal is to evaluate the method of calculation from the point of view of determining the selling price by the method of target costing using already acquired theoretical knowledge. The thesis contains a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains for the work suitable sources, while in the practical part specific data from a specific company are processed. The contribution of the work is the determination of the appropriateness of determining the price by the target costing method for a certain product of a specific company, which can ultimately lead to a refinement and evaluation, or even a change of the calculation method carried out by the company itself, to a more objective determination of the sales prices of the company.
