Cílem práce je zmapování problematiky rovných příležitostí v České republice. Posouzení postavení žen a mužů na trhu práce. Faktory způsobující příjmovou nerovnost mužů a žen v České republice.
Abstract:
The goal of this work is to outline the problems of equal opportunities in the Czech republic and to judge sex discrimination in the labour market and its factors.
