Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kontrolou činnosti zaměstnanců v pracovněprávních vztazích se zřetelem na ochranu jejich osobních práv. První tři kapitoly vymezují právní úpravu ochrany majetkových a podnikatelských zájmů zaměstnavatele, ochrany soukromí zaměstnance. Je nastíněno řešení potenciální kolize obou práv. This bachelor thesis deals with the control of employees in the labour relationship considering the protection of their personal rights.
