Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti zaměstnanců v návaznosti na jejich výkonnost. Po teoretickém představení tématu byl proveden výzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců u podniku z finančního sektoru. Za pomoci ordinální regrese byly zjištěny významné faktory spokojenosti zaměstnanců a síla jednotlivých faktorů. The thesis deals with the analysis of employee satisfaction in relation to their performance. After a theoretical introduction of the topic, research on employee satisfaction in a company from the financial sector was conducted.
