The impletetion of the productive strategy KAIZEN in the environment of completly Czech productive companies

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci se zabývám japonskou strategií řízení výrobního pod-niku, která je známá jako KAIZEN. Tuto metodiku začali vytvářet japonští manažeři po skončení II. světové války, kdy Japonsko potřebovalo obnovit svou válkou zdevastovanou ekonomiku. V průběhu 50. a 60. let japonští ma-nažeři začali vyvíjet metody a postupy, jak zvýšit efektivitu výroby a konku-renceschopnost svých výrobků na světových trzích. Tyto úspěšné metody a postupy známe dnes pod zastřešujícím názvem KAIZEN. V teoretické části této diplomové práce představím základní principy a ná-stroje fungování této strategie. Provedu analýzu existujících společných principů mezi strategií KAIZEN a evropskou normou ISO 9001:2009 a možností integrace strategie KAIZEN do systému řízení podniku dle zmíněné normy. V závěru vás seznámím se zkušenostmi se zaváděním strategie KAIZEN do amerických a evropských firem. Poslední kapitolou teoretické části bude aplikace KAIZEN v českých firmách. V praktické části popíši implementaci KAIZEN do systému řízení ryze české výrobní firmy. A na závěr vás seznámím se zkušenostmi se zavedením strategie KAIZEN do systému řízení této firmy a zanalyzuji dopady zavedení strategie KAIZEN na hospodářské výsledky firmy.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the Japanese strategy for managing production com-panies, which is known as KAIZEN. Japanese managers began developing this methodology after the end of World War II, when Japan needed to renew its economy devastated by was. During the course of the 1950s and 50s, Japanese managers began developing methods and procedures on how to increase the effectiveness of production and the competitiveness of their products on world markets. We know these successful methods and procedures to the present under the cover name KAIZEN. The theoretical part of this thesis presents the basic principles and tools for the actual functioning of this strategy. I will conduct an analysis of existing common principles between KAIZEN and the European ISO 9001:2009 standard and the possibility of integrating KAIZEN into the management system of companies in accordance with the aforementioned standard. In conclusion I will introduce you to experience with implementing KAIZEN in American and European companies. The last chapter of the theoretical part will be focused on applying KAIZEN in Czech companies. The practical part of the thesis describes the implementation of KAIZEN in the management system of an all-Czech production company. In conclusion I will familiarise you with implementing KAIZEN in the management system of this company and analyse the impact of implementing KAIZEN on the economic results of the company.
