Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou výuky práva na gymnáziích. Zkoumá vhodné výukové metody pro výuku práva, efektivitu přístupů inovativních metod v porovnání s metodami tradičními. Tyto metody analyzuje, hodnotí a vyhodnocené teoretické závěry následně výužívá v aplikační části práce.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of law education at grammar schools. It examines the appropriate teaching methods for teaching law, looks into the effectiveness of approaches of innovative methods compared to traditional methods. These methods are analyzed, evaluated and appraised; theoretical conclusions subsequently are used in the application part of the thesis.
