Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji problematice výzkumu muzejních návštěvníků. Teoretická část práce obsahuje přehled a popis uskutečněných výzkumů v minulosti, a to jak u nás, tak v zahraničí. Následující kapitola teoretické části práce popisuje jednotlivé typy výzkumů muzejních návštěvníků, způsoby získávání dat a jednotlivé fáze samotného výzkumu. Ve druhé části práce jsem vlastním šetřením zjišťovala, zda a jak česká muzea a galerie uskutečňují výzkumy svých návštěvníků. Popisuji zde přípravy a průběh svého dotazníkového šetření a následně analyzuji získané informace. Závěrečné části práce a přílohy obsahují popisy a ukázky uskutečněných výzkumů návštěvníků v posledních letech u nás, a dále několik zahraničních zdrojů a inspirací.

Abstract:

In my theses work, I explain the research of the Museum's visitors. The theoretical part of work provides an overview and description of research in the past, both in the Czech lands and abroad. The following chapter of the theoretical part of the work describes each of the Museum's visitor types of research, data acquisition methods, and each phase of the research. In the second part of the work I describe my own investigation examined whether and how the Czech Museums and Galleries conduct research of its visitors. I describe the preparation and conduct of my questionnaires and subsequently analyse information obtained. Final part of the work and the annex include descriptions and samples of the underlying visitor´s research in recent years and several foreign sources and inspirations.
