Regarding Midwife Profession

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zmapováním vnímání profese porodních asistentek pracujících na porodním sále. Jedná se o práci složenou z teoretické a průzkumné části. Teoretická část přibližuje historii porodní asistence, vzdělání a kompetence porodních asistentek. Také se věnuje hlavní problematice vnímání profese a které faktory ovlivňují subjektivní vnímání práce porodní asistentky. Průzkumné šetření bylo provedeno pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku vlastní tvorby na téma, jak porodní asistentky vnímají svou práci. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit subjektivní vnímání oslovených porodních asistentek k vlastní profesi.

Abstract:

This dissertation deals with mapping profession of midwives working at delivery rooms. There is a wok composed of both theoretical and research parts. The theoretical part represents the midwife history, the education and competences of midwifes. It also deals with main main problems in reference to regarding the profession including factors which affects a subjective regarding the midwife work. There has been a prospective investigation performed, namely by means of an informal question-form of own production on the subject of regarding this work by midwifes themselves. The main target has consisted in ascertainment of the subjective regarding the addressed midwifes in reference to their own profession.
