Analysis of the communication techniques in the selected company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou komunikačních technik ve společnostech. Vybrala jsem dvě odlišné společnosti Schwan – STABILO ČR, s. r. o. a MP stavby ČB, s. r. o. První část bakalářské práce, tvoří teoretická část. Zde jsou stanoveny a rozebrány pojmy komunikace a komunikačních technik. Následně je rozebrána verbální komunikace, neverbální komunikace, komunikační bariéry, komunikační proces a komunikační techniky. V druhé části bakalářské práce se zabýváme aplikační částí. Zde je pozornost zaměřena na výzkumný problém ve společnostech a jejich stručné představení. Je zde také dotazník a rozhovor. V poslední části práce, je dotazník a rozhovor rozebrán, nachází se zde diskuze zjištěných výsledků, návrhy na zlepšení komunikačních technik a samotné komunikace mezi zaměstnanci v daných společnostech. Na závěr bakalářské práce je celkové hodnocení celého výzkumu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of communication techniques in companies. I choose two different companies - Schwan – STABILO ČR, s. r. o. and MP stavby ČB, s. r. o. The first part of this bachelor thesis is the theoretical part. The terms of communication and communication techniques are defined and analyzed in this part. Subsequently there are also analyzed the verbal communication, the nonverbal communication, the communication barriers, the communication process and the communication techniques. In the second part of the bachelor thesis we deal with the practical part. It focuses on the research problem in companies and their brief presentations. There is also a questionnaire and an interview. The questionnaire and the interview are analyzed in the last part of the thesis. There is also a discussion of discovered results and suggestions for improving communication techniques and communication among employees in the given companies. An overall assessment of the research is in the conclusion of the bachelor thesis.
