Social IIclusion of People with Asperger Syndrome in the Hotel Industry
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřená na analýzu možnosti uplatnění osob s Asprgerovým syndromem v hotelnictví a gasrtronomii. Cílem je pak následně analyzovat danou problematiku, z pohledu hotelových a restauračních provozů. Zároveň se předložená bakalářská práce se snaží poskytnout vymezení základních pojmů a metodiky pro případné zaměstnávání lidí s výše jmenovaným syndromem v hotelovém a gasronomickém provozu.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis focuses on mapping the emloyement oppurtunities Aspergerś syndrome in Hotel management and gastronomy. Purpose is to analyze the problematic from the perspective of hotel and restaurant operations. At the same time is trying to provide definition of basic terms and methodology for posible employemt of people with this syndrome in hotel and gastronomy operation.
