This thesis is dealing with the description and the analysis of pronouns which express courtesy. These forms of addressing people in Italian reflect the relation between the speaker and listener and they are influenced by many factors. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá popisem a analýzou zájmen, která vyjadřují zdvořilost. Tyto formy tykání a vykání v italštině zrcadlí vztah mezi mluvčím a posluchačem a jsou ovlivněny mnoha různými faktory.
