Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám odvětvím managementu rizik v bankovním sektoru. Pro tuto práci jsem si vybrala organizaci, ve které v tomto čase také pracuji, tedy Komerční banku, a.s. V teoretické části se zabývám vyjasněním, čeho se vlastně celý risk management týká, jak se rizika dělí, jak můžeme riziko minimalizovat a také proč je dobré být proti riziku pojištěný. In my diploma thesis, I deal with the branch of risk management in the banking sector. For this thesis, I chose the organization in which I also currently work, i.e., Komerční banka, a.s. In the theoretical part, I deal with clarifying what the whole risk management actually refers to, how risks are divided, how we can minimize risk and also why it is good to be insured against risk.
