Exit strategy for OneDrive and Sharepoint cloud applications

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kompletní exit strategie pro cloudové aplikace OneDrive a SharePoint, využitelné v případě možných kritických scénářů zamezujících možnosti nadále využívat služby od společnosti Microsoft. Exit strategie zahrnuje analýzu nahrazovaných aplikací, výběr vhodné alternativy a možnosti migrace uživatelských dat mezi zmíněnými cloudovými řešeními. V neposlední řadě je v práci zahrnut i podrobný návod k propagaci nového řešení, stejně jako celková finanční analýza.

Abstract:

The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to develop a complete exit strategy for applications OneDrive and SharePoint, applicable in the case of possible critical scenarios preventing from usage of Microsoft cloud services. The exit strategy includes the analysis of replaced applications, the selection of a suitable alternative and the possibilities of migrating user data between the mentioned cloud solutions. Last but not least, the work also includes detailed instructions for the promotion of the new solution, as well as an overall financial analysis.
