Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Motivace učitelů středních škol k dalšímu vzdělávání má za cíl zjistit, co a jakým způsobem motivuje učitele k dalšímu vzdělávání. Bakalářská práce se člení na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem teoretické části je seznámení se současným stavem řešené problematiky, vysvětlení základních pojmů vztahujících se k motivaci z obecného pohledu, významu motivace dalšího vzdělávání učitelů. Při zpracování teoretické části práce jsou použity metody analýza, srovnávání a syntéza. Cílem praktické části práce je zjištění, jakým způsobem jsou učitelé motivování k dalšímu vzdělávání. Data jsou získaná prostřednictvím průzkumného šetření, které je provedeno na vybraných středních školách. Použitou metodou je dotazníkové šetření. Na základě zjištěných výsledků od respondentů, kterými jsou učitelé odborných předmětů a praktického vyučování, je formulován závěr a doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis on Motivation of secondary school teachers to further Education, aims to find out what and how it motivates teachers to continue their education. Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The general objective of the theoretical part is to familiarize with the current state of the solved issues, an explanation of the basic concepts related to motivation from the general perspective, the importance of motivation for further education of teacher. The methods of analysis, comparison and synthesis are used to process the theoretical part of the work. The aim of the practical part of the work is to determine how teachers are motivated to continue their education. The Data is obtained through exploratory surveys, which are carried out at selected secondary schools. The method used is the questionnaire inquiry. Based on the results obtained from respondents to the teachers of vocational subjects, the conclusions and recommendations for pedagogical practice are formulated
