Hiding possibilities in large-capacity shelters of selected medical facilities and underground transport structures in the territory of the capital city of Prague

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi ukrytí v podzemních nemocnicích a v podzemních dopravních stavbách na území hl. m. Prahy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vznik civilní ochrany a její postupný vývoj až do současnosti. V další části jsou vymezeny jednotlivé základní pojmy v oblasti ukrytí obyvatelstva společně s právní legislativou spojenou s touto problematikou. V závěru je teoretická část zaměřena na vymezení jednotlivých druhů úkrytů a podrobný popis místností uvnitř úkrytu a jejich účel. Praktická část se zabývá zmapováním možností ukrytí v podzemních nemocnicích v areálu Fakultní nemocnice Bulovka a Fakultní Thomayerovy nemocnice, a dále v podzemních dopravních stavbách. V praktické části práce je provedena komparace.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the possibilities of hiding in underground hospitals and in underground transport structures in the territory of the capital. city of Prague. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part will focus on the emergence of civil protection and its gradual development up to the present day. In the next part, individual basic terms in the area of sheltering the population will be defined together with the legal legislation associated with this issue. Finally, the theoretical part will focus on the definition of individual types of shelters and a detailed description of the rooms inside the shelter and their purpose. The practical part will focus on mapping the possibilities of hiding in underground hospitals on the territory of the Bulovka and Thomayerova Faculty Hospitals and in underground transport structures. Finally, their comparison will be made.
