Cieľom práce je analyzovať súčasný stav vybraných logistických pracovísk a na základe identifikovaných úzkych miest navrhnúť riešenia na zvýšenie efektívnosti procesov. V bakalárskej práci budú použité metódy analýzy logistických procesov ako mapovanie procesov, časová analýza a analýza nákladov. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of selected logistics workplaces and, based on the identified bottlenecks, to propose solutions for increasing the efficiency of processes.
