Abstract:

Bakalářská práce hodnotí míru ohrožení policistů v přímém výkonu služby ve srovnání s pracovníky nepomáhajících profesí. Před samotným výzkumem je téma zpracováno teoreticky. Je zde uvedena jak obecná problematika stresu, tak i teorie burnout syndromu i specifika profese policistů v přímém výkonu služby. Každé téma obsahuje základní definice a teorie a jsou nastíněny i vhodné prostředky boje se stresem či syndromem vyhoření. Výzkumná část se opírá o statistické vyhodnocení a porovnání znaků dotazníku obou jmenovaných skupin.

Abstract:

My courcse work explores the level of danger policemen on dutz face in comparison to those policemen who are not on the front line. The first part of my work is discribing a theory of the abnove mentioned subject, wgereas the second part is introducing my research on its own. The theory not only focuses on general stress problems and burn-out syndrome but also a job specification of policemen n the front line. Each part pinpoints general definitions and theories, and also heiglhlights suitable ways how to fight against stress or burn-out syndrome. The research defines statistic valuations and compares different features of both groups in a questionnaire.
