Abstract:

V centru ruské zahraniční politiky, navzdory všem pokusům o její multivektorovost, tradičně leží vztahy se Západem – Spojenými státy a Evropou. Rusko stále více vystupuje s verbální kritikou akcí Západu, demonstruje své nezávislé postavení, ale staví se jako systémový hráč, součást „civilizovaného světa“. Tato nezávislost byla založena na stabilizaci vnitropolitické situace a trvalém růstu ruské ekonomiky. V Evropské unii se začala stále častěji ozývat prohlášení o strategickém významu spolupráce s Ruskem. Během sledovaného období se vyvinul nový model vztahů mezi Ruskem a Evropskou unií a změnil se tón politického dialogu. Tento článek bude analyzovat energetickou spolupráci mezi Ruskem a Evropskou unií. Jednou z hlavních metod ekonometrické analýzy této práce je korelační a regresní analýza (CRA), založená na konstrukci párové nebo vícenásobné regresní rovnice a také na posouzení její statistické významnosti. Vezmeme data, jako jsou průměrné vývozní ceny zemního plynu na 1000 m3, americké dolary za tunu, průměrné vývozní ceny ropy, americké dolary za tunu, průměrná úroveň zaměstnanosti v Rusku, míry růstu HDP, poměr pracovních kapitál v Ruské federaci, návratnost aktiv organizací v Ruské federaci. Výsledky, které se objevily, nám ukazují, že za poslední desetiletí se vztahy mezi Ruskem a Evropskou unií se staly ještě napjatější ve srovnání s počátkem 21 století. Empirická data ukazují, že vztah mezi hodnotou obratu zahraničního obchodu ruských energetických zdrojů a průměrnými vývozními cenami zemního plynu je inverzní, slabý, průměrné vývozní ceny ropy jsou inverzní, téměř nepozorované, úroveň zaměstnanosti je inverzní, slabá , tempa růstu HDP jsou přímé, blízké, poměrem vlastního pracovního kapitálu organizací v Ruské federaci - přímé, mírné, podle rentability aktiv organizací v Ruské federaci - přímé, patrné. Nejtěsnější vztah je pozorován u tempa růstu HDP.

Abstract:

At the heart of Russia's foreign policy, despite all attempts at its multi-vector nature, traditionally lies relations with the United States and Europe. Russia has increasingly come out with verbal criticism of the actions of the West, demonstrating its independent position, but positioning itself as a systemic player, part of the "civilized world". This independence was based on the stabilization of the domestic political situation and the steady growth of the Russian economy. Increasingly, statements about the strategic importance of cooperation with Russia began to be heard in the European Union. During the period under study, a new model of relations developed between Russia and the European Union, and the tone of the political dialogue changed. This article will analyze the energy cooperation between Russia and the European Union. One of the main methods of econometric analysis of this work is correlation and regression analysis (CRA), based on the construction of a pair or multiple regression equation, as well as an assessment of its statistical significance. Taking data such as average export prices for natural gas per 1000 m3, US dollars per ton, average export prices for crude oil, US dollars per ton, the level of employment in Russia on average, GDP growth rates, the ratio of organizations' working capital in the Russian Federation, return on assets of organizations in the Russian Federation.The results that have emerged show us that over the past decade, between Russia and the European Union, relations have become even more tense compared to the beginning of the 21st century. Empirical data show that the relationship between the value of foreign trade turnover of Russian energy resources and average export prices for natural gas is inverse, weak, average export prices for crude oil is inverse, almost not observed, the level of employment is inverse, weak, GDP growth rates are direct, close, by the ratio of own working capital of organizations in the Russian Federation - direct, moderate, by the return on assets of organizations in the Russian Federation - direct, noticeable. The closest relationship is observed in the GDP growth rate.
