V neutronové spektrometrii je výpočet veličiny spektrální hustota toku neutronů spojen s řešením inverzního problému. Tato diplomová práce nabízí nástroj na výpočet těchto spekter pomocí metody Expectation Maximization. Abstract:
In neutron spectrometry the task to compute neutron spectral flux density means to solve the inverse problem. This thesis provides a tool for calculating the spectra using the expectation maximization method. This statistical method is presented together with energetic calibrations preceding the calculation.
