Motivation of Secondary Agricultural School Teachers to Further Education

Abstract:

AbstraktBakalářská práce se zabývá motivací k dalšímu vzdělávání u učitelů středních škol se zemědělským zaměřením. Teoretická část popisuje legislativu vzdělávacího sytému České republiky. Definuje pojmy učitel, vzdělávání, další vzdělávání, profesní rozvoj a především motivace, kterou považuje za hnací motor. Zaměřuje se jak na vnitřní, tak vnější motivaci učitelů k dalšímu vzdělávání. Ukazuje možnosti dalšího vzdělávání a také poskytovatele, kteří je zprostředkovávají a umožňují.Praktická část práce je založena na výsledcích kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření. Toto bylo provedeno pomocí dotazníku vlastní konstrukce, který zodpovídali učitelé středních škol se zemědělským zaměřením. Byla zjišťována motivace učitelů k dalšímu vzdělávání a faktory ovlivňující konkrétní výběr dalšího vzdělávání. Práce se dále zabývala příčinami demotivace učitelů v jejich dalším vzdělávání.

AbstractThe bachelor thesis deals with the motivation for further education of secondary school teachers with an agricultural specialization. The theoretical part describes the legislation of the educational system of the Czech Republic. It defines the terms teacher, education, further education, professional development and especially motivation which is considered to be the driving force. It focuses on both internal and external motivation of teachers for further education. It shows the possibilities of further education and the providers who can provide the further education to teachers.The practical part is based on the results of a quantitative questionnaire survey. This was done using a self-designed questionnaire, which was answered by secondary school teachers with an agricultural specialization. Teachers' motivation for further education and factors influencing the specific choice of further education were investigated. The thesis also deals with the causes of demotivation of teachers in their further education.
