Kontumační rozsudky v teorii a praxi

Judgements by Default in Theory and Praxis
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza situací zmeškání účastníka, po kterých následuje nebo by mělo následovat vydání kontumačního rozsudku. Občanský soudní řád však upravuje tyto situace velmi odlišně – některé jsou rozhodnuty rozsudkem pro zmeškání, jiné ale rozsudkem pro uznání.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze different situations during civil court proceedings when there is one of the parties in default. The Czech civil procedure code deals with those situations in a different manner – some of them are decided by a typical judgement by default while others are followed by judgement by acknowledgement.
