Radionuclide therapy of thyroid gland - The role of a radiological assistant
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o štítné žláze, její anatomii včetně fyziologie a patofyziologie. Zabývá se taktéž scintigrafií štítné žlázy na oddělení nukleární medicíny a následné radionuklidové léčby. V neposlední řadě také pojednává o důležitě radiační ochraně.
Abstract:
This thesis discusses the thyroid gland its anatomy including physiology and pathophysiology. It also deals with thyroid gland scintigraphy in the department of nuclear medicine and subsequent radionuclide treatment. Last but not least it deals about important radiation protection.
